9jil Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 9jil online gaming platform, including the website located at 9jil.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9jil Platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 9jil's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 9jil.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 9jil Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 9jil, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 9jil Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

9jil reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to 9jil's satisfaction.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real money gaming services on the 9jil Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 9jil for identity verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 9jil Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9jil account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9jil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 9jil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

9jil is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by 9jil for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

9jil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 9jil aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes, subject to banking hours and system availability.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 9jil Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 9jil does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

9jil is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine AML laws. 9jil reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9jil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• 9jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 9jil's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 9jil Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

9jil uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 9jil will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 9jil shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at 9jil's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9jil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 9jil Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9jil staff or other players.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

8. Responsible Gaming

9jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9jil Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 9jil or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 9jil.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 9jil trademarks, trade names, or logos without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 9jil's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 9jil.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9jil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or goodwill.
• Interruption of service or system downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions beyond 9jil's reasonable control.

9jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9jil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

9jil collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9jil implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 9jil cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

9jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 9jil reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to 9jil, other players, or third parties.
• 9jil is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 9jil's support team. Upon closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the deduction of any outstanding obligations owed to 9jil.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 9jil Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 9jil informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 9jil will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

9jil's operations are subject to applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

9jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 9jil will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 9jil Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
